You share your name, phone number and a few facts about your home so we can contact you about a foundation inspection. We use that information to handle your request and to introduce you to one local foundation company. We do not sell it.

Details you provide

• Name and phone number, plus email if you add one.
• Your city and a description of what you've noticed, including anything you write in the message box.
• The page you were on when you contacted us.

Details collected automatically

Our hosting provider records ordinary visit information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type and referring website, and we count taps on call buttons. We use these figures to see which pages are helpful and to keep the site working. We don't use them to follow you around the web.

Sharing

To arrange your inspection we pass your name, phone number, city and project description to one independent foundation company serving your area. It then communicates with you under its own policies. The services that host this site and transmit its forms handle your data only on our behalf.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies it needs and displays a notice about them. It doesn't include advertising or social-media tracking tools.

Keeping and deleting data

Requests are kept while they're useful for follow-up, normally no longer than a year. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected], and you can tell us if you don't want further calls.

Children and updates

The service is for adults dealing with property they own, rent or manage. We don't knowingly collect data about children. When this policy changes, the effective date above changes too.

Your choices about contact

You decide how we contact you. If you prefer text or email to calls, say so when we speak. If you'd like us to stop contacting you about a request, tell us and we will. You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold, for a correction or for deletion.

Security

We use reputable hosting and form-processing services and limit access to request details to the people who need them to handle your request. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
